Grace Corporate Park Member Terms and Conditions
 

Grace Corporate Park member acknowledges that he/she has received and read a copy of these Terms and Conditions for GRACE CORPORATE PARK Membership and agrees that the membership information issued by Grace Corporate Park LLC ("Grace Corporate Park") will be used only as provided in such Terms and Conditions for legitimate business purposes. Grace Corporate Park reserves the right, at any time and without notice, to amend the Terms and Conditions of Membership.

Member will provide all information requested by Grace Corporate Park truthfully. Grace Corporate Park may verify the information and conduct credit check. Any false, invalid information or bad credit may result suspension or termination of the Member’s services. Member will receive a password and a membership number. It is Member's sole responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of this password and membership number, and informing Grace Corporate Park immediately of any violation of the security or integrity of this password. Member further agrees that he/she will update Grace Corporate Park his/her contact and billing information to keep his/her Grace Corporate Park account valid.

MEMBER ACKNOWLEDGES AND ACCEPTS FULL RESPONSIBILITY AND GUARANTEES PAYMENT BY A MAJOR CREDIT CARD FOR ALL ITEMS AND SERVICES PURCHASED THROUGH GRACE CORPORATE PARK MEMBERSHIP IF SUCH USE IS AUTHORIZED BY THE MEMBER THROUGH PHONE, FAX, INTERNET OR EMAIL.
 
Member agrees that Grace Corporate Park and its franchisees may pursue all avenues of collection, including use of collection agencies, and authorizes Grace Corporate Park and its franchisees to prepare and submit credit card charge using any of the charge cards listed in the member’s file to recover all charges and all other unpaid amounts due to unpaid charges and reasonable legal fees.
 
Member must notify GRACE CORPORATE PARK immediately by telephone and in writing if their membership has been compromized, stolen or unauthorized. Member is responsible for all use of the card prior to receipt by Grace Corporate Park of telephone and written notice of the loss, theft or unauthorized usage. Failure to notify Grace Corporate Park of the loss, theft or unauthorized usage of your membership card(s) may result in the posting of significant charges against your account.

Grace Corporate Park may limit the maximum number of days that voicemail messages will be retained, the maximum number of voicemail messages that may be sent from or received by any account number, and the maximum amount of date storage space allotted to each customer.  Grace Corporate Park is not responsible or liable for the deletion or failure to store any messages. Grace Corporate Park shall make every effort to inform Members of any changes in our practices, terms or procedures. However, from time to time it may be necessary to change such practices, terms, or procedures without due notice.

Grace Corporate Park, its affiliates and franchisees (if permitted by Grace Corporate Park) may share and use personally identifiable information collected from you during registration and membership sign up, or generated by use of the membership to develop and improve the products, benefits and services they or selected business partners offer to Members. Grace Corporate Park, its affiliates and franchisees (if permitted by Grace Corporate Park) also may share and use certain Member data in the ordinary course of their business, for example, for account maintenance and debt collection. Except as provided for in the Promotional Elections options, or as described in the Grace Corporate Park.com web site Privacy Policy (a) Grace Corporate Park, its affiliates and franchisees (if permitted by Grace Corporate Park) may direct offers, information and other communications to you by email or otherwise and (b) authorized business partners of Grace Corporate Park, its affiliates and franchisees (if permitted by Grace Corporate Park) may direct offers of goods and services to you by means other than email.

GRACE CORPORATE PARK member further agrees: 

  1. Membership is not transferable. You must be 18 years or older for the Membership.
  2. All telephone numbers, fax numbers, email accounts and any other membership information are propertly of Grace Corporate Park.
  3. Grace Corporate Park does not provide 911 emergency dialing option for any telephone service.  Any emergency calls must be made from a 911 emergency serviced enabled phone.
  4. All Grace Corporate Park services require at least two business days in advance to be reserved and confirmed. Otherwise may result in service unavailable
  5. All cancellations have to be at least two business days before your scheduled services, failure to do that may result charges to your account.
  6. All reservation prices will only be guaranteed for 60 days, beyond that may result different prices.
  7. Member’s children must remain in adult supervision at all times while you are in the facilities of Grace Corporate Park, its partners, affiliates and franchisees.
  8. Additional fee may be charged if access to reserved services is required before or after normal business hours i.e. before 8:00am or after 5:00pm.
  9. Member will be fully responsible for their damages to any office facilities.
